Membership
Membership consists of three separate categories: technical, non-technical, and non-profit and governmental organizations.

Technical Individuals:
Within the technical category there are three levels of membership open to degreed professionals such as engineers, architects and construction professionals. The three categories are:

  •  Certified Member (CCSP)
    • Over 7 years direct cost segregation experience
    • Must pass applicable exams 
  • Senior Member (SCSP)
    • 7 years direct cost segregation experience
    • Must pass applicable exams  
  • Member (CSP)
    • 1-6 years direct cost segregation experience
    • Must pass applicable exam
  • Junior Member
    • Less than 1 year directcost segregation experience

Continuing Education Requirements:
Annual requirements for continuing education will be as follows:

Certified Member18 Credits
Senior Member:12 Credits
Member: 6 Credits

Note: Application and testing fees are due at time of application. Annual fees will be due following the passing of examination and prior to issuance of certification documents.

Non-Technical Individuals:
Within the non-technical category, Associate membership is open to CPAs, consultants and other industry members not engaged in the technical aspect of cost segregation studies.
