The ASCSP Marketing Committee is responsible for advancing the mission of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals by elevating the organization's brand and fostering industry-wide awareness of professional standards.
ASCSP Marketing Committee: Purpose & Responsibilities
The Marketing Committee serves as the primary driver for organizational outreach, ensuring that the value of ASCSP membership and the importance of Cost Segregation technical standards are communicated effectively to the public, tax professionals, and the broader real estate industry.
Industry Awareness:
Develop and implement strategies to promote the "Certified Cost Segregation Professional" (CCSP) designation as the industry gold standard.
Brand Stewardship:
Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across the ASCSP website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Membership Growth:
Support the Membership Committee by creating compelling content that highlights the benefits of joining ASCSP, such as technical webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Educational Outreach:
Promote the society’s technical standards and educational programs to building owners, tax professionals, and governmental agencies to ensure a broad understanding of quality cost segregation practices.
Collaborative Strategy:
Advise the Board of Directors on marketing priorities and coordinate with other committees (such as Conference and Education) to maximize the impact of society initiatives.
