CPE Information
The conference sessions are designed to provide learning opportunities for individuals who perform or review cost segregation studies.
The program speakers include seasoned cost segregation professionals as well as industry experts on specific issues.
The conference is an opportunity to not only receive all the latest updates from ASCSP and industry experts, but also to meet and discuss best practices with peers and colleagues. Major topics included in this two-day seminar include: (please see agenda page)

Learning objective
The object of this conference is to further develop knowledge and profession standards in the cost segregation industry through presentations by industry experts.
Tuition
Tuition is $1095 for ASCSP members and $1295 for non-members (early bird specials end 9-18-26)

Cost Segregation Professionals, CPAs, Real Estate Investors, and others involved in preparing or reviewing cost segregation studies.

Additional Information
ASCSP has held annual national conferences since 2008 in Baltimore, Las Vegas, Orlando, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Nashville, New Orleans, Tampa*, Austin, Arlington, TX, Washington, DC, and Tempe, AZ, and Las Vegas in 2025. For 2026, we’ll be in Tampa, and the Society will visit the Tampa Marriott Water Street. While still out for approval, the program is expected to provide 14 CPE credits. Class sessions are deemed relevant to all industry members. Accountants, engineers, and others in the industry should attend the event.
ASCSP is an approved CPE program sponsor on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors and therefore the programming of the national Conference will offers CPE credits. The ASCSP Education Committee oversees the presentation content of the annual two day event. For information on this year’s Conference please see that tab above.
Developed in 1990, the National Registry of CPE Sponsors is a program offered by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to recognize CPE program sponsors who provide continuing professional education (CPE) programs in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Many State Boards of Accountancy require CPAs to earn required CPE credits through companies approved on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
*In 2020 the Conference was renamed to a Cost Segregation Learning Summit for the one year.

The 10th Annual golf outing is on Nov. 2 at the Mangrove Bay Golf Course. Tee off is at 11:30 AM. Bring your own clubs or rent a set.
Cost is
$50
per golfer
Rental Clubs are
$50 per set.
Since the groups are so varied, I will set up non-score team contests such as nearest to pin for a putt, for a chip shot and for a pitch shot.
Winning teams will share the prize for each contest.
