Conference Committee

The ASCSP Conference Committee is a group of dedicated member volunteers responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Society’s annual conference.


The committee oversees all aspects of the event, including selecting the location and venue, coordinating with vendors, developing the agenda and technical sessions, booking guest speakers, and organizing networking and social events. The committee meets monthly to plan conference activities, incorporate member feedback, and ensure the conference delivers meaningful value to its members. The committee is supported by Ed Walsh, whose guidance and expertise help ensure the conference’s overall success.


Volunteers are welcome, and all ideas and participation are encouraged!
