NOMINATED FOR PRESIDENT

Alex Bagne JD, CPA, MBA, CCSP - ASCSP Past President

Alex Bagne is the president of ICS Tax, LLC (ICS) and also has served as president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). His expertise includes the tangible property regulations, cost segregation, energy efficiency incentives (179D/45L), research tax credits, fixed asset reviews, and the IC-DISC export incentive. Prior to ICS, Alex worked for a decade with several Big Four firms. He has given Continuing Professional Education on a variety of tax planning ideas throughout the country. He is published in the AICPA’s Tax Advisor magazine and Accounting Today. Alex earned a BSBA in accounting from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and a law degree from the Tulane School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Alex is a licensed attorney as well as a certified public accountant. He is a Certified member of the ASCSP.

NOMINATED FOR DIRECTOR

John Gail CCSP

John is a certified member and an active contributor to the Education Committee. In this role, he has helped define internal functions and committee responsibilities, curated content for the redesigned ASCSP website, and contributed to the Society's archives by submitting a technical article and hosting a webinar. Joh is the Technical Sales Director, Cost Segregation - Source Advisors. John spent several years in various construction trades and graduated from the US Navy's enlisted school for Avionics. After one enlistment, he attended Old Dominion University, where he double majored in Accounting and Accounting and Business analytics, graduating at the top of his class. This nontraditional background laid a strong foundation for his work in Cost Segregation. 

Travis Mlodzik, CCSP - ASCSP Past President & Board Member

·     More than 18 years of cost segregation experience.   More than 15 years construction experience, including residential framing, plumbing and heating project management and custom home estimating.

·     Co-chairs the Education Committee of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Serves as a Director on the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals Board of Directors.

Ashley Sullivan, CCSP

Ashley has been a Society member since 2013, she has served on the Board of Directors as Secretary from 2016-2020 and Vice President from 2020-2022, participated on the marketing committee and is chair of the conference committee. Ashley received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the ASCSP in 2019 and remains a very active member of the organization volunteering her time. Ashley is from Virginia Beach, VA and works as the Principal of the VA office for MS Consultants, LLC. She has been in the Cost Segregation industry for 17 years and focuses on final technical reviews, team education, and client relationships. She enjoys her involvement with the ASCSP and dedicating her time to drive membership growth, expand upon education and increase brand awareness.

NOMINATED FOR TREASURER

John Hanning CCSP MBA

John is a certified member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) and President (2019-2021), Past President (2022-2023), and Treasurer (2017-2018 | 2024-2025) of the Board of Directors. He began his service with ASCSP as an active member of the Education Committee, where he co-authored the Senior Exam Study Guide in 2012.



He is the Founding Principle of  Specialty Tax Group in Alpharetta, GA. John received his Bachelors in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated with his MBA from Ohio University.
