I’m Ashley Sullivan, CCSP, and I’ve had the privilege of being an active member of the ASCSP since 2013. Over the past decade, this Society has become an integral part of both my professional journey and personal mission. I’ve served in several leadership roles—including Secretary (2016–2020), Vice President (2020–2022), and most recently as Director (2022–2024)—and throughout, my focus has always been on fostering growth, elevating our profession, and championing the value of our credential.
One of my proudest contributions has been leading the Conference Committee for the past eight years. Working with so many passionate members to enhance the quality, reach, and impact of our annual conferences has been both inspiring and rewarding. We’ve seen consistent increases in attendance and engagement—proof that our efforts have made a lasting difference.
In 2019, I was honored to be named ASCSP Volunteer of the Year. But more than awards, what drives me is my deep belief in the mission of this Society. As a Partner at MS Consultants, LLC, I’ve made it a priority to embed ASCSP values into my firm’s
culture—from promoting the CCSP credential to incorporating it into our career advancement pathways. I’ve also worked to grow our firm’s membership and encourage the next generation of cost segregation professionals to see ASCSP as their
professional home.
With 20 years in the Cost Segregation industry, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of setting high standards, staying current, and supporting each other in the pursuit of excellence. I’m passionate about expanding our membership, growing the benefits we offer, and strengthening the ASCSP brand to better reflect the credibility and caliber of our members.
If elected, I would be honored to serve as the first female President in the Society’s history. More importantly, I see this as an opportunity to lead with purpose—fostering inclusive leadership, encouraging innovation, and remaining true to the principles that have made ASCSP such a vital and respected organization. I’m ready to serve, and I’m excited about what we can build together.
